In this role, you will communicate with potential clients and partners, provide information about our services, and support our team in building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from potential clients and provide information about our services
Conduct outbound calls to introduce Seller Universe services to prospective clients
Maintain professional communication with clients and partners
Record call details and update customer information
Assist in scheduling consultations or coaching calls
Follow up with leads and inquiries
Requirements
Laptop or desktop computer capable of handling online work tasks
Stable and reliable internet connection
Noise cancelling headphones for clear communication during calls
Quiet and professional workspace
Strong English communication skills
Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
Customer service or call center experience is a plus
