Responsibilities
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms.
Engage with followers to build relationships and maintain an active online presence.
Start and maintain conversations to increase engagement.
Follow communication guidelines and brand tone.
Monitor incoming messages and respond in a timely manner.
Report unusual issues or customer concerns to the team.
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
Ability to maintain professional and engaging conversations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable internet connection.
Previous experience in online chatting, customer support, or social media management is a plus.
